IME if you buy two things in different colours because you can't decide/have to have both.....then one always ends up redundant and sad and underused/underworn.

There will always be something else in 6 months or so that you will like aswell so save your cash till then and have an alternative, if equally lovely bag.

On the other hand, I do buy multiples of things like t-shirts and jeans but those things wear out and need replacing quicker than handbags.

I agree sobenobu - but as I have said on MN many times this bag has been great for me I already have it in grey - they don't do it now - and I have so loved it - - and I do tend to buy two pairs of jeans when I find the ones I like currently Gap 1969's -- so not unusual for me - think I will go for the tan - - - - - - - -

I often buy in multiples (merrell coat I loved so much bought it in 3 diff colours only 140 a pop ) a really lovely Radley bag that did not have the horrible hanging dog and so lovely just what I wanted so I bought it in black, bright pink, a purple, a cross body, two small shoulder bags and purse - oops Why buy one when you can buy seven, that's my motto!! I just wanted it to be under 150

carrie ooohh - lucky you - is it worth a trek to the outlet- do they have proper bargains at the Mulberry outlet or just the damaged ones or left overs? - I could never pay full price for one - even if I could afford it.

Just a quickie, bag arrived and it's gorgeous, a lovely warm tan, darker than on the website, am moving all my kit into it now for its first outing..
