please can you help to find me some boots?

I have been looking for a pair of ankle type boots to wear with skinny jeans, I have bought (and wasted money) on a couple of pairs which don't look right -do I tuck the jeans in or have jeans over the top? Difficult if skinny jeans. My problems are: I'd like a bit of a heel (short legs!) and as a vegan I don't wear leather/suede. I love these Can anybody find something similar? Preferably in black? Not sure if they're your thing - not black either.

I usually either turn the skinnies up slightly so that the 'hem' sits on level with the top of the boot, or wear the jeans cuffed. Some jeans are tight enough at the bottom to fit inside, though. I think all methods are ok really.Stretching skinny jean hems over the top of boots might make them look a bit odd, like bootcut...
Wish I could help more. It seems the hunt for quality footwear leaves few options for those who wish to avoid leather. Stores like Matalan, etc, will probably offer PU or faux suede booties though.

Oh, when I say 'turn the skinnies up slightly' I mean inwards, like tucking the hem under not over.

thanks, Toastedteacakes I quite like the ones you linked to but they are a bit light in colour for me. Rusty, I will check out Ethical wares, I sometimes use the bourgeouis boheme sight which have some nice stuff but not at the moment, thanks for suggestions so far
