I don't think there is much you can do for either of those I'm afraid.

I've had these charmers for 46 years, and had been hoping for a miracle cure.

I don't know whether this would work but maybe start doing some exercise the builds serious muscle in your legs? I would recommend cycling and the much loved Jillian Michaels for this (try Six Week Six Pack - mainly for core but lots of lunges and things in there too) - I find when I bulk up my legs a little the skin sort of stretches over the muscles which, although legs are larger, gives a more toned appearance.

Wrt fat ankles (which I'm sure are just your imagination, I'm sure no-one else notices), slightly bulkier calves might help to proportion legs a little better? And maybe check out the salt content of your diet as this could be giving rise to unnecessary water retention?

I've started on an exercise bike recently and have been amazed how my calves have toned up. Even thinking about wearing an on the knee skirt for the first time in 30 years.

I do the Cindy Crawford post baby vid A New Dimension and slather on Mama Mio Skin Tight (www.mamamio.com/uk/body/skin-tight-toning-serum.html). The combination, plus a little prayer, seems to help... x

There's lots of Ballet type exercise DVDs - the barre leg workouts are best for legs, knees and the plie - releve bits particularly good for calves and ankles.
