I bought it a while ago and I love it - it is an even better colour than in the pic.

Dh recently said it is an old ladies' coat. Is it? I'm 33 btw

Personally I don't like the buttons or military styling on a dress type cut
Maybe if you changed the buttons to the same colour as the dress it could look like a skater dress/coat
Also it depends on how well it fits and your body shape....could be murder

Depends on your personal style. Personally I'm not keen but I'm old (41)

Ok, shouldn't have asked what you thought of the coat. I should have just asked "Is it for old ladies? Yes/No"

I does look good on (at least I think it does..) and I have had lots of compliments. I spent all winter in one of dh's winter jackets, so when spring came I wanted something a bit different :)

Go for it Wallace, only you know what looks best on you. :)

I do wish I were naturally stylish. Frumpy and Mumsy describe me better...

Well that's a skater style mac so not in the least frumpy. :)
