Where can I buy heel grips??

I've got a pair of shoes for a wedding at the weekend and they are a perfect fit except the heels sometimes slip because I've got weird shaped thin ankles (always had this problem).

I remember you used to be able to buy heel grips along with party feet and that kind of thing. Now i'm actually looking for them I can't find anything!
