Help me with volumising hair products?

I have fine, mid length hair and have been using Aveda Shampure shampoo and conditioner but my hair needs some oomph becaus it's gone flat and flyaway.

Can anyone recommend a range for volumising fine hair? I'm rubbish with hair styling so I'm hoping to find a good product that will fatten it up a bit.

I've started using some Umberto Giannini shampoo and conditioner, can't remember what it's called but it's in black bottles. I use them with some V05 mousse before blowdrying and it doesn't work miracles but definitely helps!

I have fine (ish) long (ish) hair. Mine tends to fall flat. I use Aussie volume, I sometimes use Charles worthington big hair although it tends to make my scalp a bit flaky. Spritz with a volume spray (just tried a nice umberto gianni) I never use conditioner as it makes my hair greasy and flat. Rough dry with head upside down, and fingers through hair. Sometimes straightener at the ends. A good hair cut with a bit of a gradual layer at the front.

I use a Babyliss Big Hair with TigiSuperstar setting lotion.
