Loveleopardprint · 19/04/2012 20:23

Choker, black spaghetti strap dress, block heeled shoes.
Or black catsuit with white shirt and choker. Black pixie boots. Grin

ggirl · 19/04/2012 20:23

mr blobby

libbyssister · 19/04/2012 20:24

Take a look at Rachel and Monica in Friends circa 1995... All tiny skirts, short T-shirts and layered hair Smile

RubyFakeNails · 19/04/2012 20:26

90s fashion always makes me think of:

Wigfield- Saturday Night, so hair in those little plaits, spaghetti strap vest top, hots pants.
Spice Girls
Saved By The Bell and their awful jeans
Clueless
Grungey stuff as in a checked shirt ripped tights and dms

sassytheFIRST · 19/04/2012 20:27

Boiler suit pref with hood, mouth mask, whistle, smiley face necklace. Say "Mo mo" and "Stand by the jam" a lot.

EmmaCate · 19/04/2012 20:28

Was the goth look mainly 90s? I was one loosely but don't know if it was around earlier and I just hit the age I wanted to dress like that in the 90s. Shakespeare's Sister were 90s. Britpop and of course all the Spice Girls iconography. Jazzy Jeff baggy, half-slung trousers. The Prodigy and raving... so the aceeed symbol? Films, films.... Trainspotting, Silence of the Lambs, lots of 'Nam movies.

Good luck anyway - I feel distinctly unhelpful.

sassytheFIRST · 19/04/2012 20:29

Or grunge. Tea dress, DM boots, ripped opaque tights and baggy men's cardy. And a big floppy (velvet) hat.

margoandjerry · 19/04/2012 20:32

I'd for for a sort acid house, happy mondays, Madchester look. Late 80s too but I think you could get away with it. Baggy sports gear, ridiculous aceed badges, inane grin.

PrunellaDeVille · 19/04/2012 20:58

Biscuit, tone on tone of biscuit, long skirt but not quite full length, a 'rachel' haircut, some broad heeled shoes and a small handbag with a long strap over the shoulder. the worst type of bland achieved on many levels.

yy to the big floppy velvet hat and the choker

OhDoAdmitMrsDeVere · 19/04/2012 21:05

Well thank you so very much for making me feel old Hmm

Grin
Marthasfishbowl · 19/04/2012 21:05

T shirt under a strappy dress.

Thefoxsbrush · 19/04/2012 21:25

Ahhhhh chokers! The memories! Tartan trousers, brightly coloured satin trousers/blouses?, floppy hats a la blossom, dungarees dresses, socks over knees, block heel shoes, little black skirts

DeepOceanOfSecrets · 19/04/2012 21:35

Fresh Prince of Bel Air, anything tye dyed, skirts over trousers.. and maybe watch clueless for inspiration?

CharlieUniformNovemberTango · 19/04/2012 21:40

Were those heat sensitive t-shirts 90's?

God they were bad!

VintageNoir · 19/04/2012 21:40

Ha! These are great!

Atm I'm veering towards chokers/Shakespeare's Sister and their black widow-esque eye makeup...

Hammer pants... You know you want to!

Northernexile · 19/04/2012 21:43

Northernexile · 19/04/2012 21:45

CharlieUniformNovemberTango · 19/04/2012 21:55
