Talk to me about hair straightening

I have wavy+ frizzy hair which is manageable but i am far too lazy and busy with the kids to do much with it. I am considering having it straightened but want to hear about any relevent experience any of you lovely ladies may have had with professional hair straightening. Does it work?Would you recoomend it? How long does it last and does it look natural?

Do you want it really straight, or is it mainly the frizz you want to calm down?

Brazilian blowdrys are good for calming frizz down and making it more managable but don't completely straighten the hair. I did mine myself at home.

www.keratinkits.com/

I brought the stuff from this site, you can get them done in a salon too but it cost about £100.

I used the keratinkit 5 weeks ago after reading about it on here. I think it is incredible stuff. I ended up leaving it on for 4 days because my hair looked so good with it in!
Make sure you dry and straighten in a ventilated room as I could definitely feel it affecting my throat.
