Christening/ Wedding maternity type dress

I'd really like some help finding a dress I can wear to our Godchild's Christening and then a wedding about a month later.

I should be 18/22 weeks pregnant by then so might get away with a non-maternity frock in the right style.

I'm mid- thirties, 5'7, a fairly solid size 12 and a typical apple shape. This is not my first pregnancy so let's just say I'm not in love with my midriff area... I like my legs though and could still wear a reasonable heel as not that far along yet.

I usually shop in places like Oasis, H&M, Debenhams designer bit, Monsoon, occasionally Boden.

I'm afraid I only have a budget of around £100, (less would be great!) and am definitely open to ideas!

Please help

Wow thanks cremeegg! I love how MNers will take so much time to help each other :)

Ok thoughts: all gorgeous dresses, think the FC one might be too evening style for the christening. The navy dress has potential but I'm not sure how it will sit if the bump is really showing by then.

The last one is really pretty and summery, and for the price I'm thinking it will certainly do for the Christening with some kind of arm covering and a bit of fake tan... And if the bump is in check it might do for the wedding too.

So... progress at the very least!

Thanks issimma, I will have a look. My friend got married last year in a Tiffany Rose dress and it was beautiful, pricey though.

cremeegg, you are a star :) The dress in the sale is still my favourite though, so far. I'm off for another look. Would you go for the size 12 'very curvey' option, (if you were me) given that it isn't actually a maternity dress?

Ok, any thoughts on this one? Be honest! I don't usually shop in Next but I'm thinking this one could be quite flattering, fairly easy to accessorise and I like the indigo colour...

Good point... I'm a DD cup but then again with hormones and stuff they could get quite melonesque... Blush
