They have 10% extra on their mid season sale today and although I don't actually need either the waxed jacket seems a bargain and the photographer also good for a summer slip on (although annoying pots round the collar). Has anybody got either and any opinions?

I got a similar one in a Boden clearance sale and it has been my mainstay through the winter. Only slight downside is that the pockets sit a bit too high for me but then again could just be me!

I have the version from 3 or 4 winters ago. I love it and have worn it loads. And will continue to do so.

I think that style still looks great. But just don't get me started on those ugly looking horsey-style quilted jackets...

I have the waxed jacket from autumn 10/11 and have ordered the photographer jacket yesterday!

Got the photographer jacket. It is nice. Smart casual. Probably slightly boxy for my shape but I wear it with my mumsnet scarf. Quite comfy and true to size.

Ooh I'm interested in this conundrum too hattymattie. I lusted after the Photographer and was furious to have to send it back because it barely reached the top of my hip. I'm five feet four and a size 10/12. It's full of lovely details and well made but was maddeningly short. Does anyone have a waxed jacket? How do you rate it?
