Skinnies - not high waisted but not low rise either

Does anyone have knowledge of nice skinny jeans that come up to belly button, not above or below? Budget is less than £50. I've too much muffin on me for lo-rise but wouldn't show high-waisters to their full potential either. I just don't want to be hoiking them up all the time.

Someone on here recommended Uniqlo straight skinnies and I'm now wearing a pair, they're fab and were about £30 I think. They come up to about an inch below my belly button but are definitely mid-rise. My belly button is almost exactly on my natural waist so would definitely be high-rise.

Perhaps I'm a freak of nature!

I got a pair from New Look that are slightly higher but could not be described as high waisted and fit really well.

I got some Levis Curve ID half price last week (£45). Fab fit, worth having a look if you have one of their stores nearby?

The Warehouse ones also have a decent rise and although the Gap high waisted skinnies are called high waisted, they too are about an inch below my tummy button. Hope that you find some that you like. Beth
