What trousers do hourglasses wear in summer

No skinnies please (just started another thread about jeans)

Size 14 curvy 5'4" thickish legs big norks (no Im not putting those in the trousers!) but need to give you a picture.

Fancy some chinos but worries I am just too fat

I'm same height & size, also big of nork and thick of thigh, and I have 3 pairs of Zara chinos that I practically live in. Just have to be careful that tops don't end up at the widest (possibly pleated) part of the trouser, or I look like a weeble.

One pair is quite high waisted so quite flattering with a fitted shirt tucked in, another pair I wear quite low slung with sloppy joe tshirts or sweatshirts. It's definitely doable, just try lots of pairs until you're comfy.

Theyre all from 2 summers ago, have been preggars since I bought them, so no links to the actual pairs. However, chinos are EVERYWHERE, it seems! In lots of colours too. Primark has loads, which depending on the size of your purse, could be a place to buy a cheap pair to see if you're comfortable in them.
