Just posted in your chino thread! Instead of skinnies try straight legs, they're a bit more forgiving. DKNY have great ones (that I often see in TKMaxx), and my fave jeans ever are straight legs from Dorothy Perkins years ago.

Thanks jombo. Any idea what the dp ones were called? Have heard great stuff about their jeans but its nearly always the skinnies.

Hello, another hourglass here. Got some great straight leg jeans from primark (£10) which look 'almost' like skinnies but a little bit more flattering. In the winter I would still go for skinnies though as they are easier to wear knee high boots with.

Hello and the GAP real straight are fab too. They seem to have reworked their denim and it doesn't give two sizes any more. If you can manage heels, wedge or stacked are great for balancing your curvy proportions.

Debenhams skinniest are good, from Red Herring. They have lots of elastic in them to stop them feeling uncomfortable and they look lovely.
