Wedding hair and makeup

Slowly getting organised for the big day. So, here's the latest dilemma. Do I get someone to do both hair and make up for me and 4 girls or someone to do hair, someone to do make up? Wedding is at 12 so not too much time in the morning for all of this, perhaps I've answered my own questions but just wanted to run it past you wise mners.

Go to a hair salon with a beauty bit attached and get them to do it all.

Make sure you have trials first though.

CarolinaMoon · 07/02/2006 14:17

This is like one of those maths questions about men digging holes isn't it? two people could get you all ready twice as fast if they time it right, but it will be a fair bit pricer.

madmarchhare · 07/02/2006 14:18

Definately have a trial run first. BF ended up with full on prostitute make up.

Somanykiddies · 07/02/2006 14:21

Prossie make up, nooooooo. We live in a very small place and the hairdressers are mainly for the blue rinse brigade! Def going for a trial run before hand though. Scanning yellow pages as we speak.

Wow Hausfau, bet you looked fab! I want someone who secretly does make up to the stars like on the ads. I did go to school with Ruby Hammer, she did the make up on 10 years younger last week! Maybe I should look her up on Friends reunited, ha ha!

You sound very much like me, very low maintenance, don't like fuss or being centre of attentions. Just wondering if I'm going a bit over the top for the day bearing in mind it's a secret wedding with just me, dp and the children.
