What colours go with this?

I just bought some blue trousers and haven't got a clue what I can wear with them. I am so crap at colours I always end up wearing black.

The colour is quite like the top right one on this page , duck egg blue. I would prefer dark colours and if you say I can wear it with black I will be very happy

Have you got any brown, cream or grey tops? As they seem to be the colours most suggested here.

Anyway, what do I know - I live in my jeans most of the time!!!!

No to white Converse and no to cream or grey tops. I think they would look stunning with a white top - but not on me.

I might get a brown top but then it'll be the only thing that I can wear with them. I hate that. It's always in the wash when you need it.

well.... that all depends on the shade of plum (and of brown.... but quite possibly.

Chocolate brown - we have duck egg bedroom and DP won't let me paint one wall chocolate so am waiting till he goes on Stag w.end and doing it then - Kevin McCloud did it in a design book I have and it looks yummy!!

Well they are just my bog standard flat stretch boots in black. I wear them with everything so anything that doesn't go with them is destined to go back.

I don't think navy would be quite right actually, but then I started the thread saying I know nothing
