Another "help me find a haircut that suits me" thread

HELP!

I have slightly longer than shoulder length curly (ringlet) hair and it needs a cut desperately. I quite like having it long enough to put up, but I always end up doing a half-hearted French pleat which is just boring. Up or down it mostly just looks a mess. I've had it short before (I tend to oscillate between long and short) but I've come to the conclusion that bobs make my face look fat.

I've put a couple of photos on my profile and would be eternally grateful to whoever can suggest some styles that would suit my hair and face shape [busmile]

IMO, the hair style in the lowest picture of the three really suits you, and I did not think that your face looked fat.

Do you have a hairdresser that you really trust, who's experienced in cutting curly hair? Do they have some ideas?

Thanks tea.

My hairdresser is lovely and very experienced but always suggests the same thing. Perhaps there's a reason for that [bublush] I think I'll go for something similar to the bottom pic but more shoulder length.

Booooring but safe as usual

Bottom one is lovely, doesn't look boring because of the curls.

Shoulder length one is ok but I'd put some layers in it.

You look very pretty in the bottom picture Smile

Why can't I see your profile pics? It says that you haven't made them public. What am I doing wrong?

Fenouille · 14/04/2012 14:07

Oreo, I've taken the photos down now, you're not doing anything wrong.

Thanks coco Blush I'm also about 5 years younger in the bottom one I've decided to go for a bit longer than the bottom one, somewhere around shoulder length. Thanks for all the opinions guys.
