best place to sell Louis Vuitton bag?

I have an LV small clutch sized bag that I would like to sell.

I think it was about £400 new and I have only used it once so want to sell it and buy something I would use more. . Does anyone know the best way to do this? It is a genuine one but I have los the certificate it came with. I could get it authenticated if needed and if it means I will get more money for it. I don't use ebay and I have never sold a bag before so not sure the best place to do it.

I have just sold a Louis Vuitton handbag wth Pandora's Dress Agency in Knightsbidge, Cheval Place. You won't get as much back compared to if you sell on ebay, but it's hassle free. Better to get something for it than have it lying in your wardrobe!

Thank you - yes I'd rather have something towards a bag I will use a lot more.

Check out the chic and seek site and love handbags site. Never used them but worth a look!

There are companies who will sell items on eBay for you, they do all the research and photo's, not sure what they charge.

Ebay is really easy to use and I've sold a few designer bags on there, if you have the care cards and especially the receipt it will sell well.

Thanks for the tips. I don't have the receipt or care cards - that is the problem I have in selling it. It was a present to me a few years ago and I didn't keep them because I used it once and was convinced I would keep it. Lesson learnt there!!

I am worried if I try and sell it on ebay people might think its fake because I don't have any receipt or anything with it to prove its genuine.

Who are the companies that sell items for you? Sounds like a good option.
