Baby bootcut jeans - lordy they're flattering

So I pretty much always wear skinnies but tried on these and my goodness - how much slimmer and taller did I look in them with heels on obviously.

I like the vintage rinse on them and think with tan sandals they could look pretty fab come the summer.

So anyone seen any similar but at less £££?

They won't have the same effect if they are cheaper, yes you can probably pick them up for £30 in top shop but the design, fabric, construction etc will be completely different hence the price. That's my experience anyway.

don't gap do a skinny bootcut or something like that?

noddyholder · 01/04/2012 20:00

Yes gap do them

faustina · 01/04/2012 20:01

...yes they do, but only black and grey at the moment. They are in the sale though, for a tenner or so.

Oh I don't get on with gap jeans - they always grow by about 2 sizes by the end of the day.

And I do like premium denim . . . Wink

I've recently discovered Baby boot cut from Dorothy Perkins & love them! They are really flattering - I have the dark rinse ones. Think they're either £25 or £30. I mean it when I say I thought the words 'jeans' and 'flattering' just weren't meant to go together for me, until I found these.

mrscb I have two pairs of sexy boot cut.....buy them small, they are fab, close fitting to the knee, soooooo flattering.am so glad boot cuts are coming back....my little stumpy legs just don't look their beast in skinnies ( but I wear them anyway!)

However......in my experience, when I have seen something out of my price range and bought a cheaper alternative I am always disappointed and dont wear it. Better to save up,find a voucher or something and get what you want if poss.(sadly this won't work for the mulberry bag I love but the lulu Guinness red one I saw the other day may be doable !!!!)

Medium blue is not "leg-lengthening"...

drywhiteplease · 02/04/2012 16:11

Incidentally what is the difference between boot cuts and "baby" boot cuts?

MrsCampbellBlack · 02/04/2012 16:39

Twas on me Trills Smile

I've ahem ordered the hudsons as returned some other stuff so by my complicated logic that makes them free.
