Avon skin so soft - chemical smell

Underneath the fragrance is a real chemical smell. Any one else notice it? I feel if you lit a match near me when applying it i blow up.

I don't think of it as a moisturiser and only use it as insect repellent.

I agree with ByTheSea it's great as a mosquito repellant.

Oh i thought it was moisturiser. ????
