Can I wear a tea dress with leggings?

I'm tall so would find them quite short anyway and I'm a size 18 damn you children! so I wouldn't feel confident showing my legs off. Would leggings make a delicate dress look 'clunky'?

depends on the dress but mostly ok I'd say.

It works well if you're tall, on shorter people it can look a bit overkill.
