Trousers for big arse small waist

fluffylegs · 30/03/2012 09:56

Well small by comparison. I just don't fit into anything. Everything cuts in half way across my stomach or hangs over the top in a way that feels awful. Or worse, I just can't do up the last button.

I'd like a pair of non jean trousers, smart casual not office trousers ( maybe high waist type paper bag trousers) -please help!

I think this is why God created Fat Face, their stuff seems to be cut for this sort of shape

I have most success at Wallis for trousers, shape wise. Worth a try?

Anything is worth a try

Gap has a 'curvy' range which is pretty good. Just bought the 'curvy' skinny jeans and they fit well and don't have that awful gaping at the back of the waist that most trousers do.

HackneyCabbage · 30/03/2012 17:06

oh and they have quite a lot of 'office/work' trousers in that cut.

Banana republic Sloan fit work for me.
