cool ways to cover arms during summer ...

I reapply sunblock regularly but want something to cover arms up during the summer especially when I am out and about with DCs - I am a very pale skinned, freckly red head.

My arms are the thinnest bit of me so I don't want anything too baggy around the arms, I'm bored of cardigans. I was thinking of some pastel coloured drapey blazers (as New Look had but seem not to have my size, harumph). Or perhaps denim shirts worn open.

What do you all suggest? I want to buy a few so I am not just walking round in the same cardigan all summer (last year I was constantly in a navy blue cardy) so I want them to be under £30 (or better, under £20).

just to add I meant cool as in not boiling hot (would be overly ambitious to try to be cool ...)

Perhaps also pretty pastel boucle jackets, though not sure if they are going to be sweltering.
