Jeans for gangly teenage boys please?

Hi,
Where are all the clothes for 14-15 year old boys? DS is tall with a 30" waist and 31" leg, but I cannot find any stylish, fashionable but cheap (£15-£22) jeans to fit him. "Boys" jeans vary enormously size-wise and are usually too small (even for 16 yr olds). Small mens' jeans are mostly too unfashionable (for this price) or just too big! Am feeling really frustrated as I rely mainly on online purchasing due to lack of decent shops locally and am spending a fortune in returns' fees! Any recommendations gratefully received please... :)

I have the same problem!! Ds is a tall nearly 13 year old. He currently lives in age 14+ skinny jeans from H&M.
However, this is the largest size in the children's section in H&M. The mens jeans look awful on him - far too wide for the length he needs.

Am stuck.

Any recommendations gratefully received here too please Smile

Primark womens skinnies got my ds through this stage Now he wears monkey jeans which come small too but are very £££ so not really for a 14 yr old.

I'm suprised you can't find a stylish pair as I think £22 is quite expensive for a pair of children's jeans. I don't know what you're like when buying clothes but I've seen some trendy stuff for teenagers in tesco Blush but you might not buy 'cheap clothes'

I don't know what the johnny B ones are like from Boden, but the skinny boys jeans at smaller sizes (DS is 11) have been great, also Tesco as someone else suggested and Next.

DS wears River Island mans skinny jeans but they are not cheap, but often come up in the sale.

Many thanks for replies. Ditto BehindLockNumberNine: DS is currently wearing one pair of M&S (size14+) jeans to threads (which he loves) and they are their biggest child size. The last time I tried H&M they were too "narrow" for him. He has outgrown Tesco's 3 years ago, but agree they are good value.
Thanks for link Bruffin: I had forgotten about LeRedoute (they do adjustable waists too, don't they?) Will bare in mind River Island and Gap - looks like a trip to an outlet village is due! Agree £22 is a lot to spend, but was getting desperate...and that appears to be the going price for "teenagers" clothes.
Have just been reading the thread "top annoying habits of teenage boys" which made me laugh, so it isn't all bad - DS a darling compared!! :o

Thanks from me too - some great stuff on that redoute link. Not sure I could persuade ds to wear Primark women's skinnies, worth a try though! Not looked at Johnnie B but buy the odd bit of Mini Boden in the sale for dd so could take a look at Johnnie B...

Buying children's clothes was so easy - this is a whole new minefield...
