Quick, I'm in town - where's good for reasonably-priced leggings?

In Debenhams, have found a nice tunic-y top, too short for bare legs, too long for trousers - where's good for leggings to go with please??

The best pair I have are from Top Shop, the dont slide down, have a nice thick waistband, are not see through and dont go baggy.

Think they were £15ish - more expensive than some but I have had them for 18 months and they have been fab.
