has anyone used javari for buying shoes?

i have found cheap pair of birkenstocks (not stylish i know, but comfy) on their website but have never ordered from them before. if i order the wrong size or the colour isnt quite as imagined are they ok for returns? thanks

Never had to return anything but they are a great website, very quick and free delivery.

I've not bought from them, but they offer free returns I believe and are part of amazon so I'd hope they would be ok.

I returned a pair of boots a couple of weeks ago and was really pleased with their return service. Although you do have to fork out for return postage, this was refunded along with original cost within 24 hours of me sending them off.

Yes, they're great. Returns service much quicker and easier than expected.

I've returned stuff with free postage by printing out the returns label myself (their website tells you what to do) and sticking it on the package.

They are brilliant - rare to get free delivery AND free returns.

Oh Shelley72 - snap! I've been looking at some Birkies on there too for the last week or so and have been procrastinating so long the buggering things have gone up by about £20. Most annoyed! I've bought shoes from Javari before - great delivery and (usually) good prices too. They are part of Amazon (the same sandals were actually more there than on Javari now they're about the same) and I've never had a problem with them. I'm going to keep checking and I'll buy this time when the price is right!
