Where do you buy inexpensive bras? 34G!

Mid-way through my weightloss, and it was really time to get new bras! I went to Bravissimo and got fitted today, I've gone from 40F to 34G! My plan was to buy one bra in Bravissimo then pop into Primark and grab a couple of cheap ones- I still have 3-4 stone to lose so I don't want to spend to much in the interim. But they only go up to F, and though I did find one solitary 34F it was clearly the wrong size when I tried it.

Can anyone recommend anywhere for cheap bras? I'll pop into M&S tomorrow and see what they have but I'm sure there are sites I can order bras from, now I know my size!

eBay!! Get measured by bravissimo and then buy on eBay.

SilkStalkings · 24/03/2012 22:07

Ebay?

CelticPromise · 24/03/2012 22:09

I second brastop.com and I'm a 34G. Sign up to their email and they send you an offer every couple of weeks. My bras are mostly Freya, many from there.

If you need cheaper check out the Gorgeous range in the Debenhams sale, although I don't find they fit me as well as more pricey bras.

Congrats on the weight loss!

ScarfOfSexualPreference · 24/03/2012 22:10

Thanks ladies!

Puddlejumper Thanks for that site, sadly nothing I like in the selection there but I've bookmarked it for when I get to goal- the way I'm going, I may be something even more hard to find!

yehudiwho I've looked at the sale bras but I'm hoping to find cheaper- though if I don't, I will be getting this because it's pretty!

ladyintheradiator Umm.... I was hoping to get something in Primark at £5-6! Hmm, may need to re-think budget as this is important. Teh t-shirt bra is noce though, would be good for work and to be honest I didn't know John Lewis did bras, I'm very new at this whole shopping thing!

Asda George go up to a 38G. I have just grown out of their sizes (now 36GG) :( so now am having to shop round for an alternative but they have been a fab source of cheap serviceable bras for me for years.

Katz · 24/03/2012 22:15

i get my 32G's from debenhams, they 2 lots

ScarfOfSexualPreference · 24/03/2012 22:15

Oooh, can't keep up. I've signed up to the brastop email, I'll look on ebay, will go to Debenhams this week and Asda too! Wow thanks peeriebear I didn't realise George go that high, my local Asda must be sick of my face I've been in so often buying interim clothing!

Asda

jennylindinha · 24/03/2012 22:52

Debenhams Gorgeous range do nice bras up to an H cup (and some to a K). I got a 2-pack of lovely cotton bras there for £18.

Ooh, and they appear to have a sale on too.

brighthair · 24/03/2012 22:52

eBay Grin

mathanxiety · 25/03/2012 03:44

TKMaxx.

mysteryfairy · 25/03/2012 09:51

I recently lost 6 inches off my back size too - was wearing a 34 and needed a 28! That's even more of a challenge to buy for. I got some lovely bras for £6 - £8 in t k maxx. I'm also a biggish cup size and would definitely say go to t k maxx as I ended up with expensive bras by triumph etc for that price. I don't think m&s and the supermarkets are so good at big cup sizes. Having said that I did get a non underwired sports bra in asda for £2 when I needed something to wear for a bone density scan and was pleasantly surprised by the fit.

PrimaBallerina · 25/03/2012 10:20

Tesco and TK Maxx

ScarfOfSexualPreference · 25/03/2012 12:14

Ooo I never even thought of TKMaxx, shame as I was in there yesterday! And Tesco too, I would have thought they stopped at the 'normal' sizes. I'll have to make it next weekend now as today I'm going to pick up another S&B recommendation, the little Decleor set from another thread. One day I'm going to post a thread on here saying where has all my money gone.... and it's all gone on stuff you lot recommend!
