Oh yes. That angora Accessorise one I think you said you had as well cod. I have had it years but it still looks great.

JackieNo · 03/02/2006 12:25

DD has just received a fab balaclava (for maximum earache avoidance), which, although it's pink with a flower on the side, still makes her look a bit sinister. Am taking to calling her the pink ninja.

Nbg · 03/02/2006 12:25

Atm I have my brown wool beanie type hat out and a black mohair trilby.

I do have a Dr Zhivago stylee fur thing but I very rarely wear it.

SorenLorensen · 03/02/2006 12:26

Yes, I probably will when I go out - I did yesterday. I have a grey flecked sort of knitted bobbly fleece one. Like a chunky bobble hat.

MrsBadger · 03/02/2006 12:26

hats for badgers

Mascaraohara · 03/02/2006 12:26

Brown checked cap.

SorenLorensen · 03/02/2006 12:30

It's a bit like this but the brim turns up and it's woolier (and grey/black). It's Kangol though - seems I'm a bling bling gangsta 'cos I have a Kangol hat. Who knew?

Alternating between a simple blue fabric hat with brim (a bit like a cloche) and a dark purple cashmere/wool one with cables on. Cashmere/wool is cuter, I think, but thinner.

NotQuiteCockney · 03/02/2006 14:32

Oh, and I do want to shout at all the silly people all around shivering to death and not wearing hats. It's really really cold out! Wear a hat!

SoupDragon · 03/02/2006 14:33

Oh yes. I wear my bog standard Accessorize one every day for the school run. I have a special one with furry earflaps for really cold days too.

JonesTheSteam · 03/02/2006 14:36

I would love to wear a hat, but I seem to look ridiculous in all styles and have never found one that suits me!!!

TinyGang · 03/02/2006 14:36

I look mad in hats. Dd looks cute in her stripey hat with sort of tassely plaits at the side. I tried it on hoping I'd look the same, but looked all earth mother/greenham common in it.
