looking for a PROPER PROPER scarlet red hair dye (think rihanna) any suggestions?

and i don't want to bleach my hair first (which may make it more difficult)

You'd need it pre lightening. What's your base colour?

Maji Contrast rouge - I've had my very dark brown hair done last week, no bleaching before hand, just chucked on for 40 mins!!! Salons can do it, but as you have to have peroxide in the mix then not so good for home use. (and they only sell it to proper hairdressers) My hair is just brighter red than ariel the mermaid colour and outdoors in the sun - fire engine red!! HTH

Ok my hair is currently short, so doesn't quite have the impact of that, but yes I'd say it's damn near that red - it has to be the majicontrast though and not maji colour. Trust me everyone has commented on how red it is. Can't currently take a pic as I'm in trog mode after being off sick so it needs washing.

I've always had good results with fudge I like corvette red but the cherry bomb might be good too.
