formal business dinner -what to wear?!

Dinner is with high level business leaders. I am attending in place if my boss, so am panicking about what to wear. Its in a city centre hotel.

I am 5'11" and a size 16 (long limbed with fat middle!). Dinner is tomorrow and will only have chance to get to next, m&s, and outfit this evening.

Help! Any suggestions?

Went for this in the end! . Made my bum look ginormous, but looked ok from the front, so the plan is to wear a black jacket to cover my rear!
