Nude tights - can you recommend a brand and shade please?

I want a matt, nude pair of tights. The pair I've got are too pale and look like support stockings!
I'm wearing a blue dress and blue shoes, so blue tights will be overkill (the dress and shoes aren't the same shade of blue).
Can you recommend a good brand and shade?

I've always found M and S Autograph good - usually go for 7 denier matt.

There are a couple of natural type colours I think so probably best to go and have a look instore to see which you like.

I am in need of nude tights advice also - I too am going to be wearing a blue dress, blue jacket - not the same shade of blue.

What shoes/bag combination do you have? I'm thinking grey but am not sure.

My dress is floral, btw (wedding ahoy!) and jacket is vintage 50s 3/4 sleeve thing.

I confess I am shivering a little at thought of nude tights. My school-days left me slightly allergic to them.

Polyhymnia - I had a quick look in M and S and thought the nudes I found there verged a little towards tan (I am quite pale). It's possible that I was only looking in a branch too small for the full range ...

I hadn't got as far as a bag yet - the shoes are blue and the dress is a darker blue. I'll probably get a neutral/beige bag.

I'd also suggest Autograph 7 denier. I'm super pale, and the palest shade is very un-tan indeed on me and looks very natural. I can't remember what it's called, maybe Nude? On the website they all look orange, but in real life it's good.

Also agree on the autograph 7denier tights, I am very pasty and bought nude, a slight tan tint that makes my legs look healthy (for once) the pair I have aren't matt, they are slightly silky and doesn't look odd. They are make my wobbly legs look a little bit toned. Rather than pasty white and lumpy.
