Ideally I would like knickers/shorts or even better a skirt shapewear type thing but am going to be 32 weeks pg. Anyone found these useful? spanx or another make? Its for my wedding. TIA.

I had the shorts when I was "with child" Grin. They are lovely and supportive (they don't squish your bump, just support it somehow) and give your bump a lovely neat shape even if you have a potato shaped bump! Never tried the tights as I had summer pregnancies (for my sins)

I hate wearing tights so shorts sound good, what make were yours were they spanx?

I only had the tights and they were amazing! Really supportive, gave a lovely shape to your bump and made you feel like you weren't even pregnant.

All this and absolutely no bump squishage which I was worried about.

Oh they sound good too! This is music to my ears as I am feeling very flabby on my thighs and bum and my good intentions of exercise and eating less are not happening so far!

Any idea on size? I am usually a 12 but have gained weight every where now I am pg, sizes are s, m, l, xl according to the shorts style ones topshop are selling.

I had the shorts, was a 12 (became a good 14 while pregnant) and got a M, they were really comfy and supportive.

used2bthin · 27/03/2012 20:29

Thanks Hopefully I will order a M tonight! Review on topshop website is bad on them, says they are uncomfortable but I think for one day I can be uncomfortable if it helps me look less wobbley on my wedding day!

I bought size a

bishboschone · 27/03/2012 22:03

I was a ten pre pregnancy but was wearing mat size 14 by the end

used2bthin · 27/03/2012 22:25

ok thanks, isabella oliver must be thinking US sizes I think even though it says uk 12-it would be odd for 12 to be the largest holdin pants they do.
