Girl seeks dress - help me out?

I'm going to a 30th birthday party at a swanky venue in Chelsea in a couple of weeks. The other guests will be young, lovely and stylish. Need a whole outfit! Your challenge: I'm 36, hate my arms but love my legs, have a bit of a baby belly, red hair, am about size 12 and 5 foot 4. I'm thinking of a dress which is short but has long sleeves which I can wear with high heels but am open-minded. (Although I am a bit obsessed with navy at the moment). I want to avoid anything mumsey and want to keep the outfit under £100. Can you help? Thank you!

ooh thank you so much. such fun to view your dress selections. A couple of the asos ones could be good - the cream glizty or the navy wrap (if it is navy - looks more electric blue on my screen). Will order tonight. The drapey Mango could also work in black. I love the shape and colour of the Phase 8, but not sure how my chubby arms would look squeezed into the lace sleeves....

Fox - thanks for the dress endorsement! I could wear the Coast but it is a bit floaty/floral for me, so am worried about feeling frumpy/mumsey in the setting. It is just above the knee on me so looks more classic and less funky than it does on the model. It does look more striking than the warehouse, so I might give it a go.
