False advertising / representation by cosmetic companies

Just read a message on thread re daily fake tanner and one poster said she was disappointed by claim of Saint Tropez to use a thing called aromaguard which would mean no bad fake tan smell. I hate mascara ads using fake eyelashes- they shouldn't be allowed. Nor hair extensions in shampoo etc ads. Or kohl pencils calling themselves 'supersoft' ( i'm looking at you Collection 2000) when they are clearly not!

I love the one for a tanning booth that does your legs only 'all year summer legs' or some such drivel - posters in a salon window near me.

The model is black or mixed race, and the resother her is 'tanned' too.
