I need Spring staples and need help from you lot! Pretty please!

So far I have casual clothes sorted - skinnies in pastels or other spring-like shades, with long tees in contrasting shades and white converse slims, nude ankle boots or these , ....but no clue about nice jacket/cover-up? Really struggling to find anything I like on a high street budget. Ideally, I need a blazer, but I am a tall size 12 with long arms and big breasts, so they tend to look like I am bursting out of them. What are my other options?

I am also struggling for footwear options for work. I currently wear smart-casual dresses, thick tights and black high heeled boots (I dont have to be smart, but do need to be presentable, ie. no jeans, nothing too scruffy or revealing). What's the Spring alternative? I have big feet (42) and find most ballet flats or very flat shoes excruciating, yet am also 5'11, so cant do very tall heels. Arghhhhhh!

Finally, I need foxy going out stuff. Have recently lost a stone and want to celebrate by buying a new 'pub/restaurant and occasionally (at 35 yrs old!) club' wardrobe...but have no idea where to start.

I know this is a lot to ask, but ANY tips would be gratefully received. I used to be very fashionable / fashion savvy, but was the size of a house for some years over three pregnancies, so kind of lost my way....

Hello! I have just come back from a very successful spring staple shopping trip, so I'll share my faves with you! I bought these wedges from dune, wedges
They look great with skinny jeans or dresses and are a lowish heel, and super comfy. I loved them so much I also got them in black!
I also bought this jacket from asos jacket
I am not very tall but have huge boobs and I find a slouchy single breasted jacket is great for de-emphasising my boobs and generally thinning me out a bit. It's smart enough for work but I can wear it with jeans as well. I've also bought a few pretty tea dresses as I'm trying to get away from my mum uniform of jeans and t shirt.
Good luck with your shopping!

I'm a size 12 with a large chest and wear blazers but never attempt to do them up. I often wear a big scarf if it is chillier. Have you thought about a leather jacket? I have a few and wear them all the time. My newest one is a red leather from Massimo Dutti. I love the pale caramel Mint Velvet one I got last year and wore almost every day all spring and summer. I have just ordered the almost neon yellow structured blazer from Zara. I also have a new denim jacket from H&M. None of them will do up (they wouldn't anyway as I'm pg) so I will wear a nice big scarf with them until the weather is warmer. I got a really nice beige one with a discrete cream circle print from Warehouse for £12 last week. Lindex have started delivering to the UK and have a striped unstructured blazer on line I've ordered to see if I can wear it with jeans. I used to order a size up in jackets but now try a 10 and 12 and often end up getting a smaller one for spring to get the fitted look.

When we go out we usually have dd with us so it's more dressed up casual than clubby but I'm a big fan of leather/pleather leggings/skinnies (Topshop are great) I wear mine with silk shirts mainly and heeled ankle boots. I wore my black Ash Jalouse with them loads this winter instead of my dressier ankle boots.

I tend to wear dresses a lot - with tights and a fitted cardi for smart or with jeans to de-poshify. Lady on the Funeral thread on S&B tonight has linked to a v flattering looking dress that could be styled for all sorts of occasions.
