I need help finding a top for a night out if you have time!

To go with biker leather jacket and jeans. Smartish night out in pub.

Big norks so v or low neck. Must have sleeves which is my problem. Everything seems sleeveless.Thanks if you can find anything.

Can you do short sleeves? Gingham rockabilly blouse?
