Ok rules are, no black, not too short, not sleeveless, not high neck (big boobed) slash neck ok though. and budget is £3O .....does it exist?

I like it but I fear it'd look frumpy on anyone over 23, or short, or over a size 8. Which is a shame.

I hope its not frumpy. I read the reviews and they seemed to think it would be better on a curvy figure...Ill see. I will be vamping it up, it does look slightly drab in pic.
