It's getting milder- shoe help needed? Bored of converse...

Hi all, I'm quie new to mn, but now quite addicted! So will be wanting help with all aspects of my life!
But priorities first..shoes.
Now it's a bit milder I would like some flat pump style shoes to wear with skinny jeans/chinos etc and need some ideas.
I have ballet flats, but need something kinda cross between these and my beloved converse.
Years ago I used to wear some rocket dog pumps, which kind of titled the bill, but dont like rocket dogs current replacements.

So any ideas gratefully received,

I just bought a pair of these Toms from Office; they are lined with a lovely soft cushioned leather insole, so very comfy, but they are flattering too and look good with everything (well, maybe not a cocktail dress :o)

For comfort you can't beat ecco.
