I have loads of perfumes but seem drawn towards heady/night time type scents.
I do sometimes wear Clarins Eau Dynamisante but need another similar for spring summer day wear. Maybe slightly more complex.
I also like quite masculine fragrance and often wear mens.
any ideas ???

Have you tried Annick Goutal Eau d'Hadrien ? It's very, very citrusy and fresh or there's Hermes Merveilles. Also have a sniff of the Aqua di Parma Mediterranean fragrances - I think a few of those might appeal to you.

Lime, Basil & Mandarin by Jo Malone or Clinque Happy

fluffiphlox · 09/03/2012 11:23

O de Lancôme ( I'm aware there is a circumflex missing thank you.)

Cloudminnow · 09/03/2012 11:27

Like fluffiphlox, I would definitely recommend O de Lancome for citrusy and daytime. (How do you type a circumflex by the way?)!

miaowmix · 09/03/2012 11:29

Another vote for Aqua di Parma - I think there is a very lovely iris one.

RatDesPaquerettes · 09/03/2012 11:30

I love Chance by Chanel. It is very fresh.

My sister had Hermes Eau d'orange verte for a few years. It might even be a fragrance that is targeted at men. It is very nice too.

Have a sniff and see what you think!

I wear CK one and Dkny woman (one in the tall bottle)

monkeysmama · 09/03/2012 11:46

I have similar taste and wear D&G La Roue de la Fortune 10 in spring. I admit to having a big soft spot for the odd splash of old school Paris too Grin.

miaowmix · 09/03/2012 11:48

Chance is lovely, and they do Eau Tendre and Eau Fraiche versions which are v daytime-y.
Guerlain aqua allegoria range are also gorgeous and citrusy.

ChiefPotterer · 09/03/2012 11:56

Those Harajuku (?) perfumes with the little dolls on top (Boots does them) - I was pleasantly surprised to find the one in the yellow box is gorgeous - v citrusy and fresh (think grapefruit) - and only £10.

chickydoo · 09/03/2012 12:03

Hermes eau de la nile. very fresh. Space NK laughter...plenty of lime in it...lovely
Jo Maolone lime, basil and mandarin or her grapefruit one.

pocketandsweet · 09/03/2012 12:06

I love O de Lancôme as well.... I just got Meyer Blooms from Anthropologie. It is lovely but not at all long lasting.... It was inexpensive though.

pocketandsweet · 09/03/2012 12:11

Taking notes on everyone else's recommendations.... Citrus/green scents are my favourite for evyday

TheDuckSaysMoo · 09/03/2012 12:38

Try some of Paul Smith's ones. They are usually light and citrusy.

piratecat · 09/03/2012 12:39

Versace Versense

gladyoucame · 09/03/2012 12:53

Clarins do a really lovely blue one (Rebalancing I think) and another yellow/green one called Eau de Jardin. All really lovely and light.

Also I still use L'Eau D'Issey which I've used for years, old school but gorgeous.

Readynow · 09/03/2012 12:58

I find D & G Light Blue quite fresh & citrusy. If you just want to try it first & not spend too much M&S do their own version called 'Azure Breeze' £6 for 25ml.

swlmum · 09/03/2012 12:59

Jo Malone Grapefruit?

MrsSeanBean · 09/03/2012 15:11

L'Occitane Verbena?

porcamiseria · 09/03/2012 15:57

another for O de Lancome
lovely stuff

tangerinajolie · 09/03/2012 16:01

I think you would love Liz Earle's perfume.

It's lovely and fresh and easy to wear. Lots of citrus notes in it (bergamot, lemon, mandarin and more).

HeartsTrumpDiamonds · 09/03/2012 16:02

Hugo Boss Woman is gorgeous and citrusy

itdidntworkout · 09/03/2012 16:05

Chanel Cristalle or their newer one Cristalle Eau Verte. Both very lovely.

Lilymaid · 09/03/2012 16:07

O de Lancome. Unbeatable.

itdidntworkout · 09/03/2012 16:10

Agree Lilymaid, O de Lancome is fab. It is a cologne as it didn't last that long on me?
