Gosh yes! Hadn't thought of that. The fluffy balls might disintegrate in sea water..

I think the fluffy balls are actually just an airbrush effect to stop the photo breaching e-Bay's decency standards.

Which is a shame, because that bikini really needs fluffy balls in close proximity to it.
