Help what to wear with peacock green dress

I have a silk peacock green strapless dress to wear to a wedding. What colour shoes and nails do you think would work. By the way I'm in a hot country. Thanks.

By 'hot' I meant southern hemisphere, so its summer/autumn not winter/spring.
