Where can I get a nice white shirt from?

Help me please. I'm looking for a lovely white shirt/blouse. I want to wear it under jumpers, cardigans and on its own with jeans.

Where is the best place to start looking?

The holy grail of shirts. If you find it let me know.
I want a shirt that isn't see through.
That is cut to fit a bust but also broad shoulders and back, so I can fold my arms without ripping the back.
That is long in the arm so I don't always have to fold up the sleeves to get a 3/4 length rather than a 4/5 length.
A size 12, not a size 18 with acres of flapping fabric.
A nice collar not a grand dad collar.
I am I think a normal size 12 , and 5 foot 10, but I haven't found a shirt to fit yet.

I got the 'perfect oxford shirt' in white from gap recently but it doesn't seem to be online any more.

Tis really nice.

i was having a similar white shirt fail recently and then i found one at good old next of all places; normally their clothes make me want to cry with mirth, but occasionally they do a decent basic office-y item

Try Reiss, they have some lovely crisp shirts in white, pink and blue.
