Colourful cheap waterproof trousers for girls?

Any suggestions as to where to buy some cheap and cheerful waterproof trousers for girls aged 2 and 4? Tried eBay, but most are dull navy and black colours. Any ideas?

Try Millets or Blacks often have colourful waterproofs but not sure about the price.

Little trekkers and wateproof world ought to have some, they stock lots of brands. Regatta outlet worth a look. H&M might have some online.
