Haircut for postnatal hair loss

I have shoulder length hair getting thinner by the day. Any tips for a good hair cut? Is a shorter bob better? Layers/no layers?

Last time (ds2) I ended up with a pixie crop which I loved but was ironically too high maintenance. A bob would be better as when it grows out it maintains shape.

I hate the fuzzier that start growing back too - any tips for that?

probably too late but i did lots of layers in my shoulder length straight hair, and argan oil to help with the wispies along the part. was not totally effective, but better.

Thank you - not too late as I'm 8 hours behind you thanks for responding. Does arga oil not feel greasy?
