I get married in just over a month. Help me sort out a beauty regime or something please!

I get married on the 5th April. I will be 29 weeks pregnant on the actual day.

I don't seem to be having that nice clear glowing skin and thick lovely hair that people say you get. I don't think I glowed with the other 2 pregnancies eitherHmm

At the minute I am not sleeping too great so I have bags under my eyes and the skin on my nose and cheeks seems a lot drier than normal. My lips are also quite sore and chapped. Not sure if it's been because of the weather as I always seem to get dried lips over winter.

I just need some ideas of how I can look good on my wedding day. I need some kind of strict regime to follow to getting my skin looking nice and to try and reduce the look of exhaustion I have around my eyes.

Also would you recommend using some fake tan on my face, arms and top half. I am asking this as my DP works away and has been in Malaysia and gets home 10 days before wedding and he is very very tanned and I am quite pale.

Thank you!

I'm getting married on 31st MArch, so will be looking out for answers too!
We've been doing sunbeds last few weeks for tan, but my skin has always been bad and it just gets better/worse when it feels like it. How do I make sure it gets better?!

Kayzr, sorry to intrude on your post!

If I was you I wouldn't use fake tan. The orangyness of fake will look extra fake against a real tan.

For skincare, what do you use at the moment. And are you taking a decent vitamin and drinking lots of water?

I use Simple facial wash and a moisturiser. I also have a garnier eye roll on thing which doesn't seem to do much to help.

I am taking a pregnancy vitamin and I try to drink as much water as possible but I don't drink much in the evening.

Hello brides-to-be, i would recommend you both follow the oil cleansing routine it gives great results, look back on threads and there's a link to a website (might be called nitty gritty) about it. I would avoid sunbeds at all costs as they knacker your skin in the long term. For a hint of colour try using one of the daily body lotions with self tan dove or Johnstons, they are easy to apply and look natural.

I found the Johnson lotion really orange. Thanks for the oil thing, will have a look.

I went and got some decent makeup !! Dior forever foundation is amazing.. Made my skin look lovely

I would introduce an exfoliator, and yes oil cleansing would be good.
