Are you supposed to moisturise at night?

Ive used Decleor for years so always put on the night bslm.
However am transferring to LE which is straightfrward hot cloth cleanse, toner and moisturise.
So i was wondering if im supposed to moisturise at night or use something else

Yes. Why do you think there is such a huge market for night cream? I always moisturise my face after cleansing it. My skin feels tight if I don't.

Yes but theyre specialist night creams. Can you just use your usual moisturser

yes you can use any moisturiser at night, but you should use something richer/oilier than normal as you're not wearing make up and it's the best time for your skin to suck it up - otherwise just your usual cream with a bit of extra oil mixed in? anything, even sweet almond would help

With the LE, if you have dry skin I would use the Superskin moisturiser at night, but you can use the normal one instead - it hasn't got an SPF in it so can use for day or night. They do a nice concentrate too, but if you haven't got dry skin then you probably don't need to bother

I use the same moisturisers morning and night - Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturising Gel and Clinique Moisture Surge.

I use the Liz Earle superskin concentrate at night. Smells gorgeous and makes my skin feel lovely. My skin is nit dry, more combination and a bit prone to spots but the oil doesn't make my skiing greasy at all.

I have stopped using a night cream and my skin is SO much better for it!

I use the Sanctuary Facial Oil on top of my normal moisturiser each night and it's a god send. Otherwise I'd look even greyer than I do at the moment (8 month old DS)
