Any other users of Dove tanning moisturiser (or similar) ?

I'm anaemic white so need something to give me a nicer colour. I bought the dove gradual moisturiser on Friday and have used it once so far.

Any hints or tips? How long before I see a result? how often should I use it? Will getting a bath wash it all away?

Yes I use it - it should work overnight and doesn't seem to wash off - don't know why - I usually use it every 2-3 days to build up a bit of a tan . Don't get it near your white bras though .

Do you use it on your face? does it not come off your legs when you're exfoiliating?

Yes, used it on my face as well. I don't often exfoliate but it doesn't seem to come off at all.

I've been using it on my legs for about a week now (every other day) and can't see a change at all! And I'm fair and bought the normal - dark one, and it's still not doing anything!

Are there other people out there that it just doesn't work on?

Yep, no fake tans seem to really come out on me until I started using the Avon Skin So Soft one. I usually have to use it for about 2-3 days before I notice any colour, and I'm not exactly tanned but not quite as blue lol!

My friends and I have been using a product called St Moritz ( it's the mega cheap alternative to St Tropez!) and it's excellent. I buy it in Bodycare or Savers and it's £2.99, it comes in spray or foam and the foam one is the best. Really gives a nice natural looking tan.

I use it. I apply twice a day everyday and start about a week before the event if its for a wedding for eg. I usually notice after a few days, then apply it a bit less if i am happy with the colour to maintain.
