Hi there.
I have very dry freezy hair, that has no shape, and iam desperate to do something about it.When it was cold i was lucky just to hide it under the hats, now that the weather is getting warmer,i wont be able to wear hats,so i need to do something about it.Somebody advised me to use the Keratin treament.Has anyone used it?is it any good?or do you have any other suggestions?when I straighten my hair looks baf,but it takes me 45 min to do it,and it is not practical to do it every time i wash it.Please help.

Get a decent hair oil before you try a keratin treatment.
You can use coconut oil or Moroccan oil or chi, Which is what I use and my hair is really processed (platinum blonde and blow dried daily) but its in great condition thanks to this.

Keratin treatments are good, but hair oils are so much better.

Lay off the straighteners too, they are frying your hair.

I use loreal mythic oil every day, do a hair mask once a week and use hairfix once a week instead of my normal shampoo & conditioner. The hairfix is a keratin treatment but it primarily is a detox product used to remove build up.

If your hair is really dry then do an intensive course of hair treatments (put it on the night before you wash your hair, every time you wash your hair) and do that for a week - you will see a dramatic improvement. Then use either a hair oil or serum through the mid lengths and ends to help restore the moisture levels in the hair. Also, if you haven't had your hair cut in a while get the ends snipped off - it will immediately feel healthier.

If you feel the need to use your straighteners (which you should avoid for as long as poss) make sure they are on the lowest heat setting and that you use a heat protection spray.

melt the coconut oil between the palms of your hands and run through your hair - go to sleep in it. Morrocan oil is a brand - argan oil is the magic ingredient!! No idea what chi is though Confused.
