What do you wear with your denim skirts?

I've just bought this one. I'd love to wear skirts more, but tend to live in trousers (espcecially jeans) so I thought perhaps a denim skirt might be what I need!

I'm not a stylish person really so am after some idas please - how do you wear yours?

I wear my denim skirt more than anything else in my wardrobe! I like it with thick tights and boots. You can really wear any top with them - I often wear merino jumpers or cardis, layered with vests/tees. You can wear exactly what you wear with jeans with your denim skirt. I hope you enjoy wearing it!!

I'm off out tonight so am going to wear it with tights and boots, and a smock type top.

Hopefully it can be the start of me looking slightly more stylish a very happy relationship!!

I tend to wear shorter tops with a denim skirt than I do with jeans, but then quite a long cardigan and boots.

It's one of my favourite work outfits.

Today I'm wearing...a boden denim "mini" ( nearly knee length!), thick ribbed rights, biker boots, a flowery shirt, a waist length blue new look cardi, and a red suede belt ( necessary as skirt a bit too big!).

I wore my FF denim mini yesterday with a slash-neck, long-sleeved white T, a turquoise floral scarf, tan leather jandals (flip-flops) and sunnies. Oh, an a tan. 'Tis summer here.

In winter purple tights chunky knee high boots
Long sleeved T shirts and usually a Whitestuff or Boden tank top
Due to the fact I have a small waist and my denim skirt gapes a bit at the back

What kind of boots work best?

I'm down to just one pair atm - a flat pair o brown DM ones that are just soooooh comfy!

I wear mine with brown biker boots and navy or grey cable knit tights, also have a pair of hush puppies Yolanda black boots which I wear with thick black tights.
