Can anyone recommend a good oil-free moisturiser

I have lots of milia on my cheeks and think it has been caused by too rich face cream. Can anyone recommend a good oil-free one that isn't too pricey?

I use Liz Earle. It's lovely and light.

I find the Liz Earle one quite greasy, even the Skin Repair Light- love all of the rest fo the LS range but can't seem to get on with the moisturisers.

OP- I love the Nick Lowe one here. It really seems to do the trick of keeping my skin hydrated but not oil slick-ish!

Clinique dramatically different moisturising gel (not the lotion!)
