God bumbled are you me?

I could write that exactly...................

Would love Trinny + Susannah to pull up outside my door, but there's no way I'd stand in front of their mirrors in my knackered mismatched undies!!!!

I used to until I really got into T+S what they say does make sense.. find out what suits your shape and choose a colour palette by restricting your choice of colours, I find your wardrobe seems bigger cos everything seems to match mine is based round brown and cream so i bought some brown skirts and trousers I took their advice on shapes and was amazed at how much slimmer I looked when not in straight legges trousers.. slowly built up some more clothes and the things that really help most are cheapest scarves, belts etc...

Never ever used to get compliented on my appearance but now quite often do.. start small but it is worth it!!

Agree with mancmum about accessorising - scarves, bracelets, earrings really complete an outfit.

bumbled try adding a few accessories of a spot of layering - see how that helps without breaking the bank.

oooh good idea. I got so sidetracked about their boob obsession I never thought about looking up all the other ideas.

Will have a look at their book. Thank you!

For me, it's because I'm a SAHM. I dress practically, because I have to, unfortunately that mostly means I look a bit non-descript during the week.

crazydazy · 26/01/2006 12:33

Same for me, I live in combat pants/jeans/joggers through the week.

Tbh though when I go out I really make an effort and then am glad I don't wear a full face of make up everyday as I wouldn't feel as nice when I go out iyswim?
